Last Friday I burned my left inner elbow because I am stupid. Now, nearly a week later, it hurts so much. When I unbend my arm it hurts, when I type it hurts, when I sleep it hurts, when I bend my arm it hurts. I hate it.

I have not cared about exercise or soccer in three months. No real exercise since then. I am just letting it all fall by the wayside and I honestly don't really care.
